Why Walk & Talk?
Walk and Talk are designed to provide an opportunity to meet new friends, helping to end the social stigma, and loneliness of mental ill health whilst improving Physical health out on walks in Natures wonderful places.
We are surrounded by natural beauty on Coast and Countryside in South Wales. Nature has a fantastic means of encouraging men to open up to each other out on walks and creating Positive Energy.
The best way to find out about how our Walk & Talk sessions work is to join us for a walk. We have several walks planned every week to suit all abilities so why not join us and see if its for you.
